How do you actually stop overeating?

A lot of people on here like to act like leanmaxxing is the easiest thing on earth and that it should be a given that every looksmaxxer is already lean.

Now im only about 20lb overweight but the thing is that my appetite is actually insane. I can eat insane amounts of food wait a couple hours and do it again in the same day without feeling full.

I also have constant food noise. Also the only reason im not already morbidly obese is cause I genuinely force myself to not eat any sweets or too unhealthy foods.

Basically im constantly hungry and idk what to do.

Im thinking of starting those nicotine patches in hopes of it suppressing my appetite

Cardio doesn’t work for me i just get hungrier. Im telling u bro i got an abnormal appetite. I went out to a sushi buffet with some friends a while ago and some of them more overweight than me. And i ate i think 60-70 pieces of sushi in one sitting like 15 more than my friend who is more overweight.

i already am disciplined and i would be way more overweight if i didn’t already control myself. (I used to be wayy more overweight a coupel years ago)

But it genuinely feels like i cant lose these last 20-30 lbs without actually going crazy from hunger.

Which is why i am really hoping nicotine will work for me but im also hesitant to start because i dont wanna develop a nicotine addiction without it surpressing my appetite

You probably have fucked up gut microbiome - it's actual science - it supposedly regulate our appetite and forms VERY early in the childhood and will remain mostly the same through life, so some people have natural 'tendency' to be fat pieces of shit because of through the roof hunger, when I learned about this Im more understanding..

Im down 5-6kg in the last 3 months only things I gave up is eating is bread - no poor people food & way more protein - like when I eat a dinner it's mostly chicken, not mostly rice or some other goyslop, less carbs & less alcohol, that's it, little more walking and few weeks of gym here and there
