Are you supposed to mix drops with moisturiser or just apply the drops directly to skin?

Also how much do you rub it in, a lot or just a little to let it sit on skin?

apply eye cream, let it dry then volufline + 1 drop under each eye

mix drops with moisturiser and the quickly dab all over the spot you wish for it to effect, i only say quickly dab just so it can dry faster, never apply the drops directly to skin
