How do you bloatcels counter morning bloating?

I'm a minox user so that is brutally looksminning me cause of the water retention it causes especially in the morning , my face looks like 10% body fat higher and i'm not even exagerrating, what do you guys use?

I thought about it , basically icing my face and do massage after but takes a lot of time , was thinking of something faster to do
