It’s a great thing I hope someone can tell me. I’ve heard about mitigating EMF exposure, mitigating blue light exposure. I’ve also heard about tapping into certain supplements. I’ve heard tongkat ali is fantastic. I’ve heard shilajit is fantastic. I’ve heard pine pollen is fantastic. I’m thinking about drinking raw milk, raw honey. Cacao powder. Are all of these things going to be fantastic for boosting my testosterone or at the end of the day is it just about living a holistic lifestyle?
