It seems so pointless. I have 0 goals I actually want to achieve.

I don't want women, I don't care much about money and I can't connect with people.

Am I destined to be a rat with no purpose for the rest of my life?

I like to talk about myself. If you want to be comforted go ahead and change sex, real men go through the pain alone

If you don't have goals than yes.
Find some goals and achieve them. That's something that can make you happy

I'd like to know myself too. I think setting up habits to be productive no matter what will probably wire you to be different. I'd imagine that if you actually make your bed everyday, go to the gym, do something productive like maybe journaling OR meditating for 5 minutes everyday. Basically the first hour of your day is an hour you spend being incredibly productive so that no matter what you do for the rest of the day you never feel like a waste of space. I think this'll probably set the tone for the rest of the day and you'll have more "energy" to go about life.

Also, a good diet for sure and a good sleeping schedule. Do note that I literally do not do any of those things because I'm a loser but I think ideally I would love to be able to do things like these, my life would probably be much better.

Who do you admire most in life? If you admire musicians, maybe look into music or something related to that. Admire politicians, get into politics, so on and so forth. I think most people you truly admire to an unrealistic point and have them up at such high standards are probably the people you'd wanna be like the most.

Also pick up a hobby that'll make you think: like reading or fishing or even taking walks in the woods.

Yeah they help but they're bandaid solutions. Journaling is definitely the most effective out of everything listed here imo, it helps massively with self-reflection and trying to figure out what you want in life. Meditating will just help you focus a bit more easily in my experience but I can't be bothered ngl tbh.
I feel as if this will improve your life quality, but ultimately it's aimless to do this without any reason behind it. It just ends up with me doing it for a few months and then I lose the discipline because I see no reason even when I can feel the increase in day to day life quality.

This is very interesting. I don't really admire anyone ngl. The closest I get is probably being grateful towards people that have shown me compassion.

This is a nice place to start. I appreciate it.

Also, I already walk like 1 hour everyday and I read a bit too.

That's something that you have to know yourself. I'm sure there's something in your life that you want to achieve. Maybe you want a family, maybe you want to be happy.
After you found your goal, research, make a plan, and than complete whatever it takes.

Here are some of my goals maybe you can find something from them to consider: car, girlfriend who's smart and beatiful, getting rich, passive income, travel the world, be happy, finish school, learn a new language, learn to play the piano, be happy with how I look

I never considered my goals unrealistic and I never thought that I won't achieve them. I'm constantly getting hit by depression, but somehow I manage to come back everytime and I'm on my way to live a happy life.

You're right, they're band-aid solutions because it's hard to care about your life when there's nothing going for you. Don't take offense to this but I assume you probably have no friends? I don't either, not being judgmental, it's just that I noticed that when I had friends and an active social circle and girls I was interested in dating I would take care of myself. Constantly working out, constantly waking up on time and being productive, being excited to go to school because I genuinely had things going for me.

But also I guess the things I listed above could drive you into a position where others may like you. I'm honestly not the most knowledgeable on this topic and I too myself need help just like you, but I figured I'd try my best. Goodluck man, I hope all goes well for you.

Yeah, you're not too far off on the friend's part. I have some acquaintances and I've tried making friends but I've never succeeded to hold down a friendship for long. Perhaps I should try to make it a goal to radically expand my social life, but I won't lie, I carry a lot of resentment towards the average person because of prior experiences. It should not hinder me, but it does.
It's something I've written about a bit in my daily journal, but I've basically come to the conclusion that despite it being beneficial to challenge myself socially it has always ended better for me if I just recluse myself and spend most of my time alone. Then again nothing will change if I do this.

idk about that, I just don't really have any reason to do anything. Even if I did have depression I can't afford a psychiatrist.

But if you're making a topic like this then you're definitely unhappy about your current situation having no strong relations with anyone. Despite all the memes on here, some normies are actually pretty good and especially guys our age (assuming you're a zoomer or millennial), they're usually pretty based but tone themselves down in public. Granted you won't get along with everyone but there are some good people out there.

maybe the goals you are setting up are just routines, if you try and set up one goal and then once you reach it you're done that might be less monotonous.

I have nothing I can say to you that I believe myself but just wait it out, you never know if something changes.

The only reason I wrote about this is that a philosophy teacher I talk a lot with mentioned that I have simply become complacent with not interacting with people. Again, I don't like people, perhaps even to the point where you could call it unjustified resentment. I don't like my classmates and the ones I am content with I cannot figure out how to deepen our bonds. I am certain that every single bond I have made during gymnasium will fizzle out immediately after we have graduated. I have no other avenues to make new connections due to covid-19 but it can become a goal.

I can see the value in it, but it feels as if the cons outweigh the pros by far, it gives me a repulsing feeling when thinking about it.

instead of routines filling your day you should spend your time on projects, the difference being instead of always going on a walk at 2pm you could switch it up everyday.

that's assuming of course when you were chasing your goals you were doing the same thing everyday because that was something that demotivated me

Why would I bother doing any of that?

it's called anhedonia. you are probably depressed.

You likely didn't have good adolescent years, and didn't see any childhood dreams come true, so now you are hopeless.

that's what happened to me at least

Not really, I still like doing gaming and reading for a little while. I just can't really see any reason for doing that instead of just doing nothing. The outcome is the same and I have about the same amount of fun.
