2 Main methods

Method 1: Manipulating soft tissue
•Brow bone implant can possibly do this

•Fillers as well?

•Some form of reverse browlift


Method 2: Getting new hairs in desired areas, and individually removing hairs in undesirable areas, that cause an upturned look, through electrolysis.
•Eyebrow transplant + electrolysis (only downside is the transplanted hair would be scalp hair and you’d need to groom it so the hairs don’t get too long, as well as the chance of looking unnatural)

•Minoxidil + electrolysis (would be the best option BUT the more I’ve learned about minox the more I’d be carefully about it—seems it can really age your skin)

•Castor Oil + Electroylisis (doubtful about how much hair Castor oil can add; it’s a shame minoxidil can fuck your collagen up)

You can combine a form of method 1 + a form of method 2, or even try to do multiple forms of method 1 (for example if you have a weak brow bone maybe an implant would suit you anyways.)
