How do you control anger

I've found myself getting angrier and angrier recently. I try bottling it up but it doesn't work. As bad as my personality already is, anger is just making it worse.
 
Start lifting, lifting when you're angry is amazing.

I live literal 2 minutes away from gym and I just automatically go whenever I get triggered and use it to hit PRs
