How do you cope being ugly

I genuinely feel so bad seeing someone so ugly I just feel so bad seeing someone get fucked over so much by there genetics that they had no control over like when I say ugly i mean like low ltn. I don’t get how someone can actively make fun of someone for how they look and shame them for it. It’s so brutal
