I developed looksmaxing OCD.
Obsessing over facial flaws and compulsively engaging in ineffective acts of desperation like palatal thumbpulling, hard Mewing, forceful skull narrowing, orbital fingerpulling etc.
None of them work (nor are they safe and healthy), but I can’t help but feel compelled to do them. Just hoping for 0.1 mm of bone reshaping.
And the repetitive looking in mirrors, windows, any reflective surface I come across—and frequently opening the Camera app—to check facial flaws. I can’t stop.
