How do you cure red/itchy nose ,very bad redness/inflamation on top of the nose bone(inside) buddy boyos?

Hey ive had this redness/itch for a couple of days now and it feels like my whole face is red and itchy and i need to scratch it, therefore doing further damage to it, but its so fukin annoying m8 i swear on my mum's titties imma die soon if i dont get this shit fixed
i attached pics , forgive the gruesomeness, but blurred my ugly face to spare you from being disgusted further
