There's a lot of talk about looksmaxxing and surgeries, but there's barely any discussion about the aftermath in terms of improvement in social life, dating life, relationship prospects, marriage, mogging, etc. How many of you have gotten to where you desire to be, or is this place just about autistic mental masturbation over unattainable goals?

If you've seen improvements after softmaxxing and/or hardmaxxing, this is the thread to brag and boast about.

Well, if you want better and better matches constantly, then you have the compulsion to stay here and keep up to date with the latest surgeries and improve your looksmaxxing regiment.
