How do you debloat in the morning

My face looks much more defined after working out cuz i sweat but that all goes away when i wake up in the morning. How do you fix puffiness?

I drink dandelion root tea with some potassium chloride in it every morning. Natural diuretic that helps you not start your day puffy. Rehydrate and drink a liter of water in the morning since you haven’t been drinking water for 8 hours. Use an ice pack on your face for 5-10 minutes, and massage your cheeks and jawline when you cleanse/moisturize.

Me personally, I wake up at 7:10 drink a mug
Of coffee, and 500ml of water with 1000g of vitamin c. At around 7:30 I take a big shit have a shower and then ice my face after, I walk to school which also debates quite a bit and by second period I’m fully debloated
 
Stop eating junk food
and get to 10% bf in the first place
