Generally, just multiply your PSL score by 1.25 to get your IRL value.

But PSL value doesn't always equal to your IRL value.

some people use it as each point equals 10 %, and some has a standard deviation 5 =50% 6=top 15% 7=top 2% 8 top 0.1% and etc.
