well it might be easier to slide into her DMs and let her know you're interested. if they're at school, walk up to them and strike up a convo about something related to ur class or something, ask for her snap or number once she seems interested. If you straight up hit them with "hey, wanna fuck?" it's not gonna work bc it's too forward. unless ur a literal god. idk that's just my two cents dude.
