How do you even measure NT?

Height Is objective and can be measured. But whats even NT? Whats a good metric that im NT enough? Thats the main issue that if have with this. Telling someone just be NT might as well tell that person to be confident.

I get along fine with most of them, but I rarely get invited to stuff. Like when I was in school or college, I talked to the majority of people, they would come to me asking for favors, help with their homework and projects, etc. , but they almost never invited me to parties, events, etc.

I get along with guys and some girls i never went to partys first years of college because muh academics and i was bluepilled in a relationship. I guess im not NT lol

I measure someone's NT'ness by his lifestyle, if it's dynamic with social events and he has a FB with many friends and birthday wishes
and if someone is extrovert then he's more likely to be NT
it's zero-sum
