Very hard to do, just be careful with surgeries and make sure they look totally natural. If you have any bad failos then minimize them as much as possible without looking uncanny. Finally, do your best to improve your symmetry.

Thing is the most important ratios (midface and es) are the hardest to change. I doubt anyone on this forum will ever do orbital box osteotomy (only documented case is @CosmicMaxxer i think) or maxilla/midface shortening surgery if that even exists.
