How Do You Figure Out What Your Surgeries You Need To Get?

I have a big nose and a weak lower third and I'm wondering what surgeries I need to get. I was was thinking rhino initially but that would do nothing for my weak lower third. But with my weak lower third idk if I need to have chin surgery or jaw surgery.
