How do you realise the best physical version of yourself and stick to it? Struggling to even start a basic ascension plan Am I js lazy - currently suffering from a TikTok addiction and slight porn urges

You can quit porn by starting to normally masterbait and then completely stopping first just stop watching for tiktok addiction go on settings and make your phone black and white you will within a few days hate it and stop watching and hop on no fap for motivation or if you have a ex think of it has a revenage and ascend as cringe as this sounds if it works it works pm me if you need more
