I fucked up my schedule and can fall asleep at 6 am, I think I'll just take 2 scoops of preworkout and go to bed next evening

Will check it out, i already take magnesium and ashwagandha which are supposed to help with sleep..but not in my caseYou can try L-theanine, that helps with relaxation but doesn't necessarily make you tired. Melatonin 15 minutes before bed helps me too.
I tried magnesium for a while too, while it helped with my gym recovery and gave me crazy dreams it never actually helped me fall asleep. For me L-theanine was the best but I guess it's different for everyoneWill check it out, i already take magnesium and ashwagandha which are supposed to help with sleep..but not in my case
Ty bro but it's already 7 in the morning and i havent slept yetI'm gonna break down optimal sleeping patterns for you.
First, what you need to get a good night sleep:
1. Regular schedule of 7-9hrs, in bed / wake up same times
2. Complete darkness in your room or the closest you can get, no small lights
3. Minimize external noise
4. Sleep without your phone in the room if you can help it
5. Stop using any electronics at least 1 hour before bed
6. Do not take naps, do not use your bed for anything but sleeping
7. Wake up with a sleep cycle clock (the only thing I use my phone for) or, even better, a light clock
8. Have a few things that you will do after waking up, like drinking water / stretching / making up bed
9. Make up your bed
10. Drink water before sleeping
How to fix your fucked up schedule:
1. Use melatonin if you have to but I don't recommend
2. Go to bed at a consistent time (before 12 am) - no matter what go to bed by the time you set every day.
3. Figure out about how many hours you need a night
4. Once it's easy to go to bed at that time start moving it back 30min until at your desired time
5. Wake up at a consistent time
6. Take zinc at night
Why don't you recommend melatonin thoI'm gonna break down optimal sleeping patterns for you.
