I heard it’s genes that decide where your fat goes. Also the majority fat is on the side I use to sleep on a lot so that shouldn’t be the cause.

So just lose weight till it’s not noticeable anymore cause lack of fat or losing weight will reset where my face fat goes or something?Lose weight
What's ur bodyfat percentageSo just lose weight till it’s not noticeable anymore cause lack of fat or losing weight will reset where my face fat goes or something?
Around 17 pretty sureWhat's ur bodyfat percentage
So the only “fix” is to get lean so it won’t look bad?doubt it the bf% from sleeping that is causing the asymmetry. ofc you need to lose fat to leanmax anyway but its more likely your bones are asymmetrical and the bf is just sitting on top of that in even amounts on both sides
depends on the cause of the asymmetry, but yeah getting lean will make it very obvious what is wrong, or maybe you do have weird fat distribution. Everything will become clear as you lose fatSo the only “fix” is to get lean so it won’t look bad?
