How do you fix prognathism?

I have this kind of side profile except unlike the women in the photo I also have a high gonial angle which makes it a bit easier to hide by pushing my head back and tilting down slightly to give the illusion of a non prognathic face, I cant see how mewing would help cause all that would do is make the prognathism more visible, I don't care whether the only option is surgery of if their is non surgical means to fix it, I'm not living my whole life with this shit bro.

not much you can do honestly other than mewing which may advance your chin slightly forward. I can't give advice on surgery/drugs cuz i have no experience and do not condone them.

Mewing would make it worse, that would push my nose up more making it not protrude beyond my lips which is the only thing that stops me from looking like a complete monkey.
