How do you genuinely ascend

I have potential and I know it for a fact because when i fraud angles and lighting im high htn-chadlite, but i can only go on with it for a couple days until i become chopped again whether its because of acne, bloating, or waking up with asymmetrical eyelids (that shit makes me lose like 2 psl if anyone knows how to prevent it, it’d be much appreciated). Anyways, whenever i look good it’s never a permanent thing, it’s always on and off and it lowers my confidence so much. So, is there any way to get rid of the on and off affect and genuinely ascend or do i just have to pray to gandy for a puberty ascension.
