I've been bloated since I can remember and that's the number 1 thing that's fucking up my looks the most atm. Ik that to minimize bloating you need to limit sugar and salt but I feel like there a substantial amout of it in everything I eat. School lunch has a bunch of salt put into it, after school basically anything that you buy from the shop as a snack has sugar or salt in it. I don't want to starve cause I started going to the gym 1 week ago and I want to get some gains. The only way that it goes down is when I do a hard cardio session, but the next day it just comes back. FYI im not lean but even if I was it wouldn't really help imo cause I'm only bloated on 1 side of the face
