How do you genuinely debloat

I've been bloated since I can remember and that's the number 1 thing that's fucking up my looks the most atm. Ik that to minimize bloating you need to limit sugar and salt but I feel like there a substantial amout of it in everything I eat. School lunch has a bunch of salt put into it, after school basically anything that you buy from the shop as a snack has sugar or salt in it. I don't want to starve cause I started going to the gym 1 week ago and I want to get some gains. The only way that it goes down is when I do a hard cardio session, but the next day it just comes back. FYI im not lean but even if I was it wouldn't really help imo cause I'm only bloated on 1 side of the face

losing fat and controlling aldosterone one way or another (y)
 
- Don't eat too much salt and sugar

- Drink minimum 30mL of water per kg of bodyweight

- If you do cardio drink more to avoid dehydration, your body will flush water out of where its stored especially face if you drink a ton (decreases water retention)

- Ice your face in the morning for temp effect (if you do it multiple times itll last a good few hours), gives more time for your body to catch up with removing retained water
 
its not bloat on one side g ur bones r js asymmetrical causing one side to appear bloated lose bodyfat so u can establish if ur acc bloated or if theres an issue that calls for action beyond softmaxxing because most times ppl arent "bloated" ur js a high bf % and boneless the tiktok debloat propaganda has everyone thinking debloating is the way to ascend. also there is plenty of good threads on wat ur looking for use the search bar

12% bf or less if it doesn't work get buccal fat removal surgery
