how do you get a cheap-ish rhinoplasty

recently came into a strategy or some bullshit to make 200+ dollars every weekday so getting surgical procedures done is in my range and isn't necessarily a terrible financial decision when it comes to the stupid shit i buy

even though i make decent money im not trying to blow 20k+ on a procedure, especially because the things i want are minor.
just want to reduce nostril size (width and height) to help with tone, make the tip a little more upturned and slightly less bulbous, and i guess a slight dorsal hump but that isn't very major at all.

really the most major thing is the nostril size part. the other shit is super minor and hard to notice, maybe except the tip that i want lifted.

anyone know what i could do to get this shit done without wasting a TOON of money?

cheap vs notoriously expensive is very different

i dont mean cheap as in i fly to tijauna and get it from some shitty backdoor surgeon i mean cheap as in reasonably priced and not 20000 for a bay area top 100 plastic surgeon in the nation

i live near san francisco and the surgeons here are good for people trying to fix a disgusting evil massive nose but i want something minor lmao

this could be possible ideally i want 2 surgeries a rhinoplasty some sort of lip lift or upper lip reduction so my upper teeth show more when i speak

i also want areola size reduction my chest lwk looks kinda small cuz i got some massive areolas due to gynecomastia (so gyno+areola surgery) and i mean some sort of height surgery would be cool but im not a midget so id rather not cripple myself forever thats just in an ideal world lmao

tbh i got mine in india i flew out here costed 1.5k had an amazing time and my doc even gave me a couple stuff for free. india has really talanted docs who perform natrual and only natrual surgieries
