How do you get a fresh start on tinder?

So I got banned from there a year ago for seemingly no reason. How do you create a new account there with no chance of a shadowban? Like I’ve tried using Google voice number and that doesn’t seem to work because it makes me do a verification. I’m thinking about a prepaid phone plan for one month and using that. Would that be a completely fresh number that can be used for tinder safely? Have any of your done that. I have a new phone, new photos, new email, new Apple ID, new everything except the phone number
