So first you get to know eachother and have convos n stuff

Then u flirt n tell eachother jokes

But after that what happens? How do you declare it as a relationship? Do you have to say it like "should we consider ourselves boyfriend and girlfriend?"

I don't get it how do you make a relationship official

I dont think theres really an official milestone. If you ask some lady out and go on one or two dates then i guess you could say you are dating. But to say she is your girlfriend probably takes some more time spent together. Really the idea of a “girlfriend” or “boyfriend” is a farce, its a romanticized idea. There are just two people who are sexually attracted to each other and the normies call this “romance” or “dating”.

She proceeded to dump me 10 months later. Even if she asks, it doesn't mean she's more invested, but don't be the one to supplicate to her.

That being said, when I was in high-school, most guys would actually propose to a girl they liked to be a couple - a bf/gf pair. If they were shy, they would ask a "matchmaker" (another girl who knew everybody) to hook them up with a girl, who then went and asked if she agrees, and if it was OK, they became a couple.
Many girls seemed to obsess over the date they became a couple with their bf, and treated it almost like their wedding date, and would nag the guy if he forgot it, or didn't buy her flowers/presents on that special occasion.
Things got more blurry in college, there was more whoring around, more casual relations, one-night stands, on and off boyfriends, etc.... I started a relationship with a girl while she still got a boyfriend, we started to date, kiss, etc... but for some reason she insisted on making things "official" and I had to actually ask her to become a couple, and she memorized the date when this happened and treated it like our anniversary.
After college was over, I started seeing another girl, we dated, we had sex, I never mentioned the word boyfriend/girlfriend/relationship, and neither did she, after a while she moved to another country and it was over, it was a very casual thing...
