How do you get a longer ramus at 16?

I can't tell you if chewing will give you a bigger ramus, but it's worth a try
stop immediately if your face starts to get round

It does, The chewing of the bark activates ccw rotation which in turn forces the ramus to adapt and get longer to this pressure on the front teeth, we know this because I made it up

I did it too, at the beginning of this year, I even made a topic

but I believe that chewing with incisors is literally just protruding and does not actually cause anything miraculous like growing ramus
since chewing with incisors only puts pressure on a certain part of your maxilla, and not on the back of your mandible (ramus)

It is much more meaningful to chew with all teeth without exception, start by tearing and pulling with incisors, then chew with the rest of the teeth
