genuinely dont understand how people can consistently eat 5000 calories a day worth of just seed oils and sugar

i get having a little bit of bodyfat but holy shit seeing a real fat person just makes me want to light them on fire and let them burn for days

how do you not wake up disgusted to be alive every morning?

maybe just because ive been a skinny bitch my whole life idk

Yeah those morbidly obese guys definitely eat too much but the average overweight guy probably has bad metabolism

Starting fasting, I strongly recommend you eat one meal every 2 days, it help you gain weight and put on some muscle.

Eating is a coping mechanism. I ate a lot of shit when I was under stress.... Cutting now tho

most fat people aren't eating 5000calories a day, even just a +200 calorie surplus (an extra bag of chips lmao) over 5 years would gain ~60 pounds. Also most fat people start out fat as fuck as kids and kids don't have the brain to limit food.
