Basically it's a gene thing then
you could lose bf and bonesmash your cheekbones if you are determined enough. Oh i forgot to ad hollow cheeks are made also by how far from the gonions chin is which would make your skin stretch. You don’t even need to be malnourished with that combo.
 
Indians already have hollowed cheeks compared to amarikkkan fat fucks so JBI i guess
