How do you get normal occlusion

I got braces as a Kid it fucked up my maxilla and mandible what can i do to fix my occlusion and looksmax.
I am 17 are there any things i can do besided lefort or should I just take Lefort If I get the money??

its weird i got a wide face but like a narrowish palate also i had malocclusion since my early teens can it give me fast results?

i am recessed also the retard orthodontist didnt gave me a retainer or smth so they changed places anyway
