How do you get rid of back acne?

You don't. You go as heavy on the bench press as you can and you pop them while bench pressing. Sure it's gonna sting like a bitch but that's all you can do.

Honestly see a derm if it gets bad. But make sure you're showering everyday(lol) and get a back scrubber. Also antibiotics are very good for treating acne that won't go away.

Yup, although usually I wear a shirt to bed that's been freshly washed which tbh should be even better

Yea I have a lot of dead skin back there I probably just need to physically exfoliate, its not that bad tbh pretty small spots
