You do NOT. They are always there, from your birth, to your death. You can only reduce them.

If they are deeper than they should be, then 2 reasons:

1) Underprojected maxilla. Then, you would have gotten them already in you teens.
2) Oldcel. Malar fat pad sliding down deepens the nasolabial folds.

Now the funny part: 1 can be fixed with LeForte, 2 can be fixed with facelift.

Since you are not getting any of these 2 anyways, you can only cope

For coping, I would suggest cheek fillers, or. nasolabial fold fillers. The former does not do shit with nasolabial folds, but creates the necessary shadows to distract others' attention from the folds. The latter will result in even more sagging after a few years, and you risk blindness injecting them there.

You have to learn to live with your nasolabial folds (y)

Do I need to answer this?

Or you can figure out why it is hard to find an acclaimed surgeon that would break your skull to "soften your nasolabial folds"?

I am totally new to this kind of surgeries and techniques. I am unaware of skull and jaw anatomy. Therefore: Yes, I needed an answer ;)

And literally just google filler on google maps. Lots of people do it, it’s a common procedure
That may very well be, but I was still interested in your "Clinique" / beauty-center / whatever... ;)
