It changed for me. I don't drink anymore but when I first started to drink I was just happy and energetic. After a while of drinking (like every day for months) I started getting angry when I drank. Then when I continued drinking more (another few months) I started getting sad/depressed everytime. It has to do with how much alcohol you drink each time & how often you drink, I believe.
