You go to a nice university and get useful degree like engineering or law and work in competitive high paying fields like AI engineer or Investment banking with 250k+ comp. Or you can drop wageslaving and be an entreprenuer, I am not saying Y Combinator level but you can literally see any gap in any industry like hvac or food etc and try to fill it. So many unknown yet filthy rich people doing stuff like that!

If you are from a country like Russia, where surgeries cost like a few hundred dollars, you could probably get a bimax done for a few bottles of vodka by a local plastic surgeon called Dmitry. Just be ready that he might be 2 vodka bottles deep and accidentally mix your documents up with a LGTBQ+ patient and perform a gender change operation on you instead.

Or you could do it in Turkey for a cheaper price, but there is a risk that your surgeon Mohammed decides to suicide-bomb mid-surgery.

Although I got the whole buccal fat pad removed, it didn't seem like that much after I saw the fat pads. Still very swollen, but I'm worried that the results will most likely be not noticeable. And no I'm not boneless, I would've gotten implants if that was the case.

Anyways it was a complete removal and I'm not like too round faced person, I just didn't have hollow cheeks at a really low bodyfat. This operation was like my last resort pretty much in order to achieve a really defined face.

I mean I got to a really low bodyfat before even considering the surgery. Now my bodyfat has gotten a lil higher because I was starving at the time pretty much for months. I'm actually thinking about hopping on Retatrutide and getting to a really low bodyfat - this in combination with my current buccal fat removal should bring me the desired result IF all else fails. Though it would be pretty fucking sad if BFR + getting extremely lean didn't hollow me out.

I mean if you have a decent jaw width and decent high cheekbones, you can get hollow cheeks, thus you are not boneless in my opinion.
Though some people here would call Jordan Barret boneless aswell so yeah.

Though buccal fat removal will not make a huge difference if they weren't the main contributor to your chubby cheeks in the first place. But it will certainly help.

But get lean first, and I mean REALLY LEAN if neccessary. I'm not talking about 12% bodyfat, get down to single digit and see if you still have chubby cheeks. You probably won't. And I'd recommend retatrutide, I'm on it right now, I eat 1200-1500 calories a day and I'm extremely full, doesn't even feel like cutting. Some people need to push to single digit bodyfat% to be truly lean facially. Many people cannot comprehend that idea because most of the people start leaning out facially at like 12-15% bodyfat.

Kinda big ass larp by me for a simple question, but just take reta, and if anyone tells you "muh I got to 12-15% bodyfat and my face leaned out immediately", tell them they have shit genetics and you don't even feel hungry at single digit bodyfat, even though in reality you are blasting reta and would die of hunger without it. And combine it with a buccal fat removal if you want to.

AND YES MANY PEOPLE ARE BONELESS AND HAVE CHUBBY LOOKING FACES DUE TO THAT. MANY, THOUGH NOT EVERYONE.
