I don't see how it's possible, how can I work an average job and still afford surgeries such as implants/buccal fat removal

Living in Russia (so surgeries are cheap) + bank loans

Also, if you work while living with your parents it's easy to save

You go to a nice university and get useful degree like engineering or law and work in competitive high paying fields like AI engineer or Investment banking with 250k+ comp. Or you can drop wageslaving and be an entreprenuer, I am not saying Y Combinator level but you can literally see any gap in any industry like hvac or food etc and try to fill it. So many unknown yet filthy rich people doing stuff like that!

Brutal shit if u actually do this lol, by the time u can even afford surgery, it’s too late.

The best thing is to stay at home with parents, who (hopefully) dont force u to pay rent, get an average job, work 5 days a week for 8 hours and within 2-3 years as long as you haven’t been spending money, you can afford most surgeries you’ll need.

You can do it by 25? Also unless you are severely deformed you should wait until early 20s for your bone structure to fully take their final shape

Nah g I’m 18 and doing it in 3 months (all soft tissue procedures)

But osteotomies I’m doing in like 2-3 years.

Making money is life’s main quest.
Surgeries are like the naggy tutorial that won’t let you do the main quest until you complete it.
It’s kind of a circular problem.

If you are living with your parents, it's easier.
Get a job, eat what your parents provide and do not waste, save up.
Ideally, you could save all the wageslaved money.

Google says that the average salary in the US is 74K. I doubt that though.

If you could get a job, save up like 90% of the money earned from the job, you could very realistically achieve your bimax money in 6-12 months.

I'm from Europe and surgeries are cheaper here. If you are from a country like Russia, where surgeries cost like a few hundred dollars, you could probably get a bimax done for a few bottles of vodka by a local plastic surgeon called Dmitry. Just be ready that he might be 2 vodka bottles deep and accidentally mix your documents up with a LGTBQ+ patient and perform a gender change operation on you instead.

Or you could do it in Turkey for a cheaper price, but there is a risk that your surgeon Mohammed decides to suicide-bomb mid-surgery.
You could also do it in Mexico like many others, but you might wake up in an ice bath without your organs after the surgery.

Paying for surgeries is like paying for runescape membership
You dont even unlock most of the world and quests unless you pay for that.

What surgery did u get :feelsgiga:
Buccal fat removal.
Although I got the whole buccal fat pad removed, it didn't seem like that much after I saw the fat pads. Still very swollen, but I'm worried that the results will most likely be not noticeable. And no I'm not boneless, I would've gotten implants if that was the case.

Anyways it was a complete removal and I'm not like too round faced person, I just didn't have hollow cheeks at a really low bodyfat. This operation was like my last resort pretty much in order to achieve a really defined face.

Lemme see the results once the swelling subsides and u are sub 13% bf

I mean I got to a really low bodyfat before even considering the surgery. Now my bodyfat has gotten a lil higher because I was starving at the time pretty much for months. I'm actually thinking about hopping on Retatrutide and getting to a really low bodyfat - this in combination with my current buccal fat removal should bring me the desired result IF all else fails. Though it would be pretty fucking sad if BFR + getting extremely lean didn't hollow me out.

How did you determine that you weren’t boneless? What bones should one check first before considering buccal fat removal?

I mean if you have a decent jaw width and decent high cheekbones, you can get hollow cheeks, thus you are not boneless in my opinion.
Though some people here would call Jordan Barret boneless aswell so yeah.

Though buccal fat removal will not make a huge difference if they weren't the main contributor to your chubby cheeks in the first place. But it will certainly help.

But get lean first, and I mean REALLY LEAN if neccessary. I'm not talking about 12% bodyfat, get down to single digit and see if you still have chubby cheeks. You probably won't. And I'd recommend retatrutide, I'm on it right now, I eat 1200-1500 calories a day and I'm extremely full, doesn't even feel like cutting:p. Some people need to push to single digit bodyfat% to be truly lean facially. Many people cannot comprehend that idea because most of the people start leaning out facially at like 12-15% bodyfat.

Kinda big ass larp by me for a simple question, but just take reta, and if anyone tells you "muh I got to 12-15% bodyfat and my face leaned out immediately", tell them they have shit genetics and you don't even feel hungry at single digit bodyfat, even though in reality you are blasting reta and would die of hunger without it. And combine it with a buccal fat removal if you want to.

AND YES MANY PEOPLE ARE BONELESS AND HAVE CHUBBY LOOKING FACES DUE TO THAT. MANY, THOUGH NOT EVERYONE.

For me, reta is godly, truly god sent. I have a strong willpower so I've been able to starve myself for months and months on end before with hunger that made my knees go weak. Right now I've lost weight effortlessly with reta. I was starving to death at similar weight earlier this year, and rn I feel like I'm bulking lol.

Savings, loans

You never too old until 44-46 you know don't listen to kids here claiming it's over at 30

I'm almost 34 and still no sign of aging at all, if anything bimax next year will keep me fresh with tretinoin until I'm 47

Bimax with custom.plates and graft are much bolder movements now than it was in 2021-2022, glad I wait for 2026 to pull the trigger

Saw 2025 recently results from Ramieri/ Pera that really bluffed me with more downgrafting and Lefort 1 for forward Midface paranasal area that didn't existed before
