I don't see how it's possible, how can I work an average job and still afford surgeries such as implants/buccal fat removal

Living in Russia (so surgeries are cheap) + bank loans

Also, if you work while living with your parents it's easy to save

My dads gonna pay for mine

You go to a nice university and get useful degree like engineering or law and work in competitive high paying fields like AI engineer or Investment banking with 250k+ comp. Or you can drop wageslaving and be an entreprenuer, I am not saying Y Combinator level but you can literally see any gap in any industry like hvac or food etc and try to fill it. So many unknown yet filthy rich people doing stuff like that!

Brutal shit if u actually do this lol, by the time u can even afford surgery, it’s too late.

The best thing is to stay at home with parents, who (hopefully) dont force u to pay rent, get an average job, work 5 days a week for 8 hours and within 2-3 years as long as you haven’t been spending money, you can afford most surgeries you’ll need.

You can do it by 25? Also unless you are severely deformed you should wait until early 20s for your bone structure to fully take their final shape

Nah g I’m 18 and doing it in 3 months (all soft tissue procedures)

But osteotomies I’m doing in like 2-3 years.

im underage rn and cant afford it

Making money is life’s main quest.
Surgeries are like the naggy tutorial that won’t let you do the main quest until you complete it.
It’s kind of a circular problem.

If you are living with your parents, it's easier.
Get a job, eat what your parents provide and do not waste, save up.
Ideally, you could save all the wageslaved money.

Google says that the average salary in the US is 74K. I doubt that though.

If you could get a job, save up like 90% of the money earned from the job, you could very realistically achieve your bimax money in 6-12 months.

I'm from Europe and surgeries are cheaper here. If you are from a country like Russia, where surgeries cost like a few hundred dollars, you could probably get a bimax done for a few bottles of vodka by a local plastic surgeon called Dmitry. Just be ready that he might be 2 vodka bottles deep and accidentally mix your documents up with a LGTBQ+ patient and perform a gender change operation on you instead.

Or you could do it in Turkey for a cheaper price, but there is a risk that your surgeon Mohammed decides to suicide-bomb mid-surgery.
You could also do it in Mexico like many others, but you might wake up in an ice bath without your organs after the surgery.

Paying for surgeries is like paying for runescape membership
You dont even unlock most of the world and quests unless you pay for that.

What surgery did u get :feelsgiga:
Buccal fat removal.
Although I got the whole buccal fat pad removed, it didn't seem like that much after I saw the fat pads. Still very swollen, but I'm worried that the results will most likely be not noticeable. And no I'm not boneless, I would've gotten implants if that was the case.

Anyways it was a complete removal and I'm not like too round faced person, I just didn't have hollow cheeks at a really low bodyfat. This operation was like my last resort pretty much in order to achieve a really defined face.

Lemme see the results once the swelling subsides and u are sub 13% bf

I mean I got to a really low bodyfat before even considering the surgery. Now my bodyfat has gotten a lil higher because I was starving at the time pretty much for months. I'm actually thinking about hopping on Retatrutide and getting to a really low bodyfat - this in combination with my current buccal fat removal should bring me the desired result IF all else fails. Though it would be pretty fucking sad if BFR + getting extremely lean didn't hollow me out.
