how do you guys cope during difficult times?

im 17 rn and i know my life wont be good till like 19 cause i have lot of stuff to do and fix, its like i know theres a light at the end of the tunnel but i struggle daily to wake up and keep going

I watch all these motivational vids but they really dont do shit for me

the first step is always the hardest, once you take it gets easier from there

idk icl i havent trained mentally enough for ts. i am scared for my future. but iv been js educating myself and knowing everyone goes through this. js building ymself to have the best habits possible and teachings so i dont fall into deeper pits. i dont like telling my friends abt my problems. same with parents not that its dogshit its js their useless and wldnt get it
