How do you guys fix sleep schedule?

Due to school, I have go to sleep around 12PM, and that’s the earliest. My mind decides it’s fun to bully me, and I overstress the act of sleeping, causing me to take hours for me to fall asleep. Sometimes I fap but it doesn’t help at all. I need to get my sleep together, preferably just sleep right after school is over. How do you guys overcome a terrible mind, i stress about stressing out about sleeping. Shit’s gay asf
 
sleep 6 hours, coffeemax, sunmax then you can go to bed earlier next day
 
I sleep 10-11 hours because of hgh, ru seriously telling me to do 6
yes. it's fine. much better than having shit schedule
 
Construction job is the answer to all your problems.
Deep sleep at night? Guaranteed
Stronger arms and bigger hands? Yes
Healthy appetite? Ofcourse
Have trouble with social skills? Easy
Stressing out? Mental health issues? You will forget about this crap

Nope nigga just sleep if you’re using hgh, your body is growing during those long sleep hours don’t fuck with your sleep.
Why not try sleeping at like 7pm?
 
doing tiring stuff during the day will help you sleep earlier that day

waking up earlier helps too, to be tired enough sooner in the evening

try your best to sleep early, take melatonin like 30-40 minutes before bed
 
Physical exertion helps. If you do a lift like 4-5 hours before bed it can make you fall asleep faster.
