Don't get a surgery you think its too risky. If the risk outweighs the reward then you probably shouldn't get the surgery. This is a personal decision you have to make, nobody else can make it for you. Ignore what I said if your subhuman.

Personally, the risk of getting my teeth/jaw sorted is rewarding enough for me to overlook the risk.

As for the rest of your points of what other people think I truly don't give a fuck.
