Also when you get banned you need to swap devices or the new number will also get banned

Not true, I did many experiments myself using this method
Easy way to test this was setting location Phillipines which I always used to boost my rep

Just delete and use the same phone number but you won't get as many matches since Tinder knows people exploit making new accounts for the initial match boost. Best to use a different phone number with each account.

I don't think this is true. I have made so many chadfish accounts this way. Chads get 99+ likes within half an hour consistently.

Yes but it's nothing compared to stacies that get 99+ likes in under 5 minutes.

99 likes is very good. I used Tyler Maher & steven kelly in Sweden at 190+cm and they got 99 in 30mins and hey are much betterlooking than those guys. their look is very common here.
