yes mewing can give slight results but they will at most be somewhat noticeable if you start from a young age.

I mainly mew for the raised hyoid and slight jaw clench,
Plus I hard mew to try and mimic an expander as hard as possible,

My upper jaw has expanded, (my orthodontist told me this and now I have to have my brace to pull my upper teeth closer as they have gaps), do I think it’s entirely mewing? No, do I think mewing may of helped? Yes , can I say for sure? No.

Personally I truly believe if you hard mew you can get visible results.

Not necessary to put so much force on it. Whats more, applying too much force may even make situation worse. Just put your tongue on top of your mouth 24/7. Teeth should barely touch each other.
