How do you guys manage to talk to multiple foids at same time? shit's exhausting

So no BS: I'm getting like really cute, hot all kinds of chicks on bumble and hinge some are wifey material but , im just exhausted like how to manage to even talk with so many at same time. Like now i get it why women ghost cus ain't no way i'm able to text to 10-15 chicks all at the same time.
