First find what type of hair do you have. If it’s 3-4 a, b or c. Then no shampoo and use only conditioner without silicone as washer/1 time a week. It will make your hair a lot better

Well I tried nopoo the hair got better but my scalp is dry and I had to stop that routine because I couldn't manage my dandruff
