How would a person grow taller even a little bit after puberty has ended and his growth plates have mostly closed? Without surgery or frauding.

sorry bro, its over, from what i know after the plates close theres little to no growth other than hardmaxx, prob just boost test or try mk-677 ive heard its good for height, cus your plates are mostly closed the rapid aging side effect prob wont have that much of an affect on you

Test, hgh, perfect diet with balanced nutrients (calcium zinc vitamin k & k2 …)
after your plates have closed only frauding by buying shoe lifts / tall shoes and fixing your posture. Realistically you can only get 1-2cm tho by fixing posture and 2-3cm by frauding with shoes without getting caught

oh idk it helped me while my paltes were stil lopen, tehy closed liek right after i started it tho. i did 25mgs but i have pre diabetes after 2 years so i woudlnt recommend

Dude what was your blood glucose levels well you were on it? And what age? Did you have prediabetes then and how long did you run it

14 to 16 and yeah my fasted was 112 now im off its around 100 goign down still.
