How do you improve social skills?

It's the succes channel innit, I'm not active here anymore for good reasons but i will let myself see if y'all can still give good advice

As everybody knows i'm extremely autistic and i need to improve my social skills to not have such a high leakage rate of the interactions with women what i mean by that is that i lose dating options (yes i have) by acting completely retarded and socially unaware it happened every single time

Should i attend social skills class? Is there a
forum for it? And reccomended books?
Basically i need a method of which i can do social excercises again and again and then move to the next skill yes it has to include excercises and it can't be for children
