Personally I had great experiences just talking about stuff that I enjoy, e.g. Politics, lifting, Food. If she is into you, she doesn't care wtf you are talking about but you have to be talking about something. The girls that are into you will ask questions even about your most "nerdy" hobbies, they don't care.
