How do you know if you have gyno and not just fat

Fat is just the tissue you can't tense up while you flex right? Well when I tense up my chest, I have some soft tissue on my breasts and they become more around my nipples.

I donno, I can grab a small chunk. I'm not even fat Im an anorexic with a bmi of 18.

Also my nipples have a weird feeling at all times, I have to concentrate a bit to notice but it's always there. It used to be a lot more intense about a year ago.

some tissue is normal and expected, it's only gyno when it's excessive.

Easiest way to tell if you flex your chest muscles and then your nipples will stick out that means you have gyno

it's possible to have pseudo-gynocomastia, which is caused by excess fatty tissue rather than glandular tissue and is just the result of fat distribution.

Easiest way to tell if you flex your chest muscles and then your nipples will stick out that means you have gyno

nipples vary in length too much for this to be reliable.

I'm literally anorexic, I'll look holocaust survivor at any low weight jfl.

the surgery for it isn't super invasive or expensive if you're bothered by it, it also falls under basic healthcare in most european countries if you larp and say it's causing you mental turmoil.

it's probably leftover from puberty and won't develop further, there's some serms for it such as raloxifene if it continues to persists, they haven't been approved yet though.

no, I have some fat in my chest on the sides near my arm pit that obscures my outer chest definition, it goes away at lower bodyfat.

It isn’t gonna be fat if he has a BMI of fucking 18. Mine is similar, I have literal female tier size of tits from gyno and I’m not fat at all.
