any quick ways to find out
Just ask someone to make a photo of yoruself from 3/4-profile, and see how much the brow protrudes in front of your eye surface.

In general, if you have hooded eyes, and your upper eyelid is fully hidden when you open your eyes, it means you have deep set eyes.

But also "deep set" is NOT a binary variable. It is a range. You can have deep set eyes, but e.g. many models have EXTREMELY DEEP SET EYES.

Scientifically, eyes are considered deep set, if the outer edge of your brow extends AT LEAST 1 cm in front of the outermost point of your cornea. And low orbital rim is no further than 4mm behind the outermost point of your cornea.

Visually, it is however enough that you have a protruding frontal bone.

is it possible to have a good eye area if the brow extends just 1 cm beyond outermost point of cornea? or at that point i can rule out orbital decompression as a necessity?

Yes, most ptobably your eyes are already deep set.

And secondly, deep eyes are not needed per se to have an attractive eye area, but it is MORE RARE to have good-looking eyes, when they are not deep-set.

However, faggots.org will eat you alive if you have shallow-set eyes even if they are pretty. :feelsrope:

it seems like supraorbitals are ok, since my brow bone extends about this much in front of the eye globe, even though i can't see the brow bone itself very well, does not really have a big "bump" and the contour is mostly continuous with the rest of the forehead (my entire forehead looks so flat and rounded). i also have intermediate uee and recessed infras so i guess thats what i will focus on. I think i should be ok with infra implant, ptosis repair and maybe raising lower eyelid if that doesnt solve everything
