How do you know if you’ve hit natty limit

u dont hit a natty limit, muscles keep on growing as long as you lift, its just gonna be a lot slower without roids, but will make your balls/genes stronger, roids will fuck up your family line.

ball health>water muscle
 
Usually 5 years of consistent training and diet done properly. After 5 years you'll still see progress, just extremely slow.
