Hair systems are legit if you don’t want to use a 5ARi. I shaved my head bald once to try one. I then decided fuck that and got on 5ARi JFL. That’s what pushed me over the edge JFL. Then I did proper research on 5ARi and there isn’t anything to worry about at all IMO.

Transplants are garbage. Not enough coverage. And you'd also need to be on hair loss meds anyway before ht and during recovery. 0.5mg dut + 2 daily drops of liquid minoxidil orally + eNAC blockade and you're good.

If it doesn’t get better, go see a dermatologist, they specialise with hairloss of sorts (androgenic hairloss and other forms) and scalp diseases. They’ll give you maybe more accurate answers and can, if you need it, prescribe minoxidil, and maybe finasteride/dutasteride.

But since you’re family has good hair, very unlikely that it’s genetic hairloss, but it still could be, which is very unfortunate then.
Go get a blood test, make sure your scalp has a good environment and is well-kept, use good products, take supplements (if you’re deficient, or just want to give your hair a ”boost”), and final resort is to go see the dermatologist and get hairloss treatment.
