i've got an ortho apt on the 20th, trying to get le fort 1. if there's the possibility of me getting tested for things like sleep apnea, i need to know how to fake it to the best of my abilities.

sleep apnea is caused by narrow airway, if your airway aint narrow nigga you cant larp dat shit. Ig do sum clown shit by putting your head down so your airway seems restricted ?
