Eat 200 cals below maintenance and 2-3 g protein for each kg of body weight. This would maintain muscle mass while losing ~10kg fat in a year

How would you do it naturally
200 calorie deficit with 45 min of cardio twice a day and lifting 3-5 days a week
ofc using caffeine specifically black coffee twice a day in the morning and before your 2nd round of cardio

im on 500 test with the glp but this should work to just not as fast
